Had a good experience with Ryan, he’s a solid guy and a real electrician just like us. I had purchased the Price book pretty late at night before bed and I didn’t schedule the one on one training session with him. He gave me a call the next day to make sure everything was OK and to see why I hadn’t scheduled the appointment with him. I thought that was actually pretty cool that he followed up like that. After I did schedule my appointment I had actually paid for the three meetings with him but only needed one to grasp the concept. Ryan was nice enough to give me a return for the difference between the premium and the standard package. Again shows what kind of guy this guy is as he could’ve taken my money and ran. So yeah I recommend this guy his price book is pretty good you definitely need to do some adjustment to make the pricing work for you as prices differ all over the world depending on the area that you’re in. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was definitely impressed with Ryan and his customer service. I purchased a couple other price books over the past few years but I think this one is the best one. If you’re thinking about purging a Price give this one to try.
